What's the difference between Elite and High Performance?

Our Elite lineup is our most technically advanced sock line, featuring Targeted Compression where your foot needs it most. Our Anatomical Design (left/right) conforms to your individual foot for unparalleled fit. Comes in 3 cushion weights.

Our High Performance lineup is a more traditional sock line, featuring a power band of lycra designed to contour the individual shape of your foot. Comes in 2 cushion weights.

Which cushion level should I choose?
Ultra Light - Super thin and extra breathable
Light Cushion - Cushion comfort without the bulk
Max Cushion - Extra Cushioning for Max Comfort
How should I care for my Feetures?
Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. No bleach or fabric softeners. For best results, wash inside out.
What kind of Feetures do I have?

Are your current Feetures Right/Left specific? All of our Elite socks are anatomically correct so if they have an R and an L on the toe they are Elite.

High Performance socks and our Everyday Hidden are not anatomically correct.

Once you establish if they are right/left specific its simply a matter of determining the cushion and fabric.

What are your responsible sourcing policies?

At Feetures we take the care of people and planet seriously. To that end we have all of our vendors comply with our Code of Conduct, comply with our Chemical Management policy and adhere to our Animal Welfare Policies.

I don't see the Everyday No Show socks or the cushion weight that I purchased. Where can I find these?

Our Everyday No Shows have had a little name upgrade - they are now the Everyday Invisible! It's the same product that you know and love, just a new, fresh look!

Are you looking for High Performance or Merino Cushion? Good news - we still have the fit you love! These have been updated to High Performance Max Cushion and Merino Max Cushion. This is the same fit and structure as always, just a name change. If you have any questions about your past orders, feel free to email us at [email protected] and someone will assist you as soon as possible.

What size should I order?

Feetures socks begin with a technical advantage that provides a unique fit and feel unlike any other sock. Our socks are designed to fit snug in order to help prevent bunching or pinching and reduce the risk of blisters. Please use the sizing chart below as a guide. If you are in between sizes we generally suggest you go up to the bigger size for maximum comfort.

Why is my discount code saying it cannot be applied?
Only one coupon may be applied to an order. If you are shopping a flash sale, sitewide sale, or promotion, you will be unable to apply an additional discount code to your order. Having another issue with your discount code? Email us at [email protected]  and someone will assist you as quickly as possible.
I ordered recently, but there is a sale now. Can the sale price be retroactively applied?
We apologize for this inconvenience, our pricing will differ from different promotions, so we are not able to issue a refund for the difference. We reserve the right to change the promotion at any time with our sole discretion. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Can I change my order?

Due to the overabundance of orders received, we will not be able to make any updates or changes to orders at this time once they have been processed. If you have made an error on your order, or need to change your size, we will assist you with a return and repurchase.

What is your return policy?

Our socks are designed with a custom-like fit to enable easy movement with fewer blisters, reduce sock slippage, and provide more comfort. 

If at anytime you are unsatisfied with our socks we want you to let us know. Picked the wrong size, having a quality issue, or did our product fail to live up to your standards? We’ve designed our returns and exchange process to be as easy as possible so that you can receive the socks that meet your needs and get back to doing the activities that keep you moving.

Shipping

What do I do if my package is delayed?
We ship all products purchased within 48 hours of purchase (most within 24 hours). Once it is shipped out, our shipping partners do their best to deliver packages on time. However, tracking information is subject to change due to weather or other factors out of our control. Please note that the holiday season is very busy for our shipping partners and delays are expected. 
The tracking for my shipment shows delivered but I have not received my order.
While we want all packages to arrive as they are marked, there are times when our shipping partners prematurely mark the package as delivered. We ask that you wait 1-2 business days after the confirmed delivery date, as most deliveries that get marked incorrectly, are delivered within that time frame. If you have still not received your package 2 days after the confirmed delivery date, please contact customer service to assist with your delivery.
What is your holiday shipping policy?
The deadline for placing your order for guaranteed delivery in time for the holidays is 12/19 at 6 PM. Please choose expedited shipping after this date, although arrival by 12/24 is not guaranteed.
