Shipping Information

We want to get you your order as fast as possible, which is why we ship quickly! Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that we are unable to make changes to an order once it is placed. Once you receive your order, we can then help you with any returns and exchanges. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 days, depending on your distance from our warehouse in Hickory, NC*.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this link to track your order for estimated date of delivery. Please note there can be a delay in the update of your tracking information by the carrier, particularly during the holiday season. If you do not see any update after 5 days of inactivity, please contact our customer service team and they will assist you.

*We ship to the 48 contiguous states and District of Columbia. At this time we are unfortunately unable to ship to Puerto Rico or internationally, but we encourage you to shop our international stores and/or find a store near you!

Standard shipping is free on all orders of $55 or more. $55 threshold is before taxes and after discounts. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse in Hickory, NC.

If you place your order over the weekend, or on an observed holiday, your order will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.
