Feetures was built on the belief that there’s nothing more sustainable than creating quality products made to last. That’s why we are proud to continue our goal of working toward a more sustainable tomorrow by introducing Repreve, a yarn made from recycled plastic, in our most popular socks. This is a small step, but an important one, in helping to divert some of the billions of plastic bottles that end up in landfills, rivers, and oceans each year. 

Each pair is made of two plastic bottles, which are chopped, ground, washed, melted, and reformulated into “chips.” These chips are then melted in liquid and extruded, creating filaments that form fibers. A remarkable yarn is created from those fibers through spinning and texturing, and then applied to our innovative Feetures designs. The result is a sock that is just as customized for high performance as our originals, but with an environmentally-friendly sole.

By creating performance socks that last a lifetime, reducing manufacturing waste, and utilizing yarn made from recycled bottles, we are able to move everyone forward toward a more sustainable future. Join us as we take these steps together!
