Our socks are designed with a custom-like fit to enable easy movement with fewer blisters, reduce sock slippage, and provide more comfort!

If at any time you are unsatisfied with our socks, we want you to let us know. Picked the wrong size, having a quality issue, or did our product fail to live up to your standards? We happily accept returns for all items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

After 30 days? Don't worry, we still have you covered with our Lifetime Guarantee.

US Returns

How to Start a Return:

Starting a return is simple — just follow the steps below.

Step 1: Start your return. Go to the Returns portal.

Step 2: Log in using the email you used to make your purchase, or your zip code and tracking/order number.

Step 3: Select "Start a return".

Step 4: Choose the item(s) you'd like to return, then click "Continue".

Step 5: Click "Add details" and share your reason for the return, then click "Continue".

Step 6:  Choose how you'd like to be reimbursed:

  • Shop Now — pick a new item to exchange your returned item(s) for
  • Store Credit — receive a store credit code by email once your return arrives at our warehouse, to use at checkout on feetures.com
  • Refund — get refunded to your original payment method once your return arrives at our warehouse

Step 7: Confirm your return address is correct.

Step 8: Click "Submit return".

Step 9: Get your label. Print your return label at home, or open a QR code to scan at USPS.

*Please note that during the holiday season and immediately afterward, processing times for returns and lifetime warranty claims may be slightly longer than usual.

*All orders placed between November 15th and December 31st will qualify for an extended 60-day return window.
